The musical tale of Khanthedon

Susquehanna University alumnus Christian Coleman, 23, remembers walking through Benny’s during his first year and being shocked when he heard, “Hey, are you Khan?” Though aware of his music alias, “Khanthedon,” Coleman had yet to show anyone on campus his music and was not expecting to be recognized and approached by a stranger because of one of his songs.

Laura Chamberlin has had an abundance of time in her 38 years of life to consider the experiences of cancer patients and the ways the healthcare system does and does not benefit them. As a licensed art therapist and professional clinical counselor, Laura finds a lot of meaning in her work with adults going through chemotherapy. She tries to ensure they feel validated in their emotional response to both their diagnosis and treatment.


Bookstore offers a taste of arcadia

Living in the back room of his shop in the French Quarter, Russell Desmond did not realize that he would eventually live out the bookstore romance that fills the pages of novels and screens of movie theaters—but any book-loving visitor probably could have guessed.
