I fell in love with the art of writing as a child, coming up with short stories in spiral-bound notebooks and reading any book I could get my hands on. Though I now mainly enjoy reading mysteries or fantasy novels with queer characters and writing non-fiction, my passion for expression through words has merely grown.

When I’m not reading or writing, I can usually be found crafting (either with a crochet hook or paintbrush), playing with my three pet bunnies, or begging my wife to play our 15th game of gin.

Originally from Louisville, Kentucky, I spent four years in Central PA studying journalism at Susquehanna University and several months in Siena, Italy, learning Italian and falling in love with Europe (again).
